How we protect our respected customers and vendors?

 

There are few simple steps which we are following.

• Select Item or items, pay the shipment payment via sharp trading company platform.

• We are holding the payment of the customer with us till the order will be completed by the vendor and customer gave us positive feedback.

• When the order is already delivered to the customer and we will not receive any issue by the customer or got a positive feedback by the customer then we will release vendor payment within three to five working days.

• If a customer have issue regarding shipments or products then the customer can contact with us by using our Help Center.

• We will see your matter discuss with the vendor and will solve your issue, in shape of refunds, compensation or others.
