A customer can claim a refund when have these possible reasons or issues.

When a customer can claim a refund?

A customer can claim a refund in these possible conditions.

  • If an order is not shipped on time then the customer have right to claim a full or particle refund.
  • If a customer received a damage article or shipment then the customer and vendor will receive a claim according to the shipment company insurance policy.
  • If a shipment is missing or not traceable then the customer will receive full refund and vendor will receive refund according to the shipment company insurance policy.
  • If a customer received wrong articles then the customer will receive full or partial refund after negotiation with the vendor.
  • If a customer received breakable or missing parts shipment then the customer will receive full, partial refunds or  missing parts or articles after negotiation with the vendor
  • If a customer is still waiting for the shipment and shipment time is already exceed without any emergency or information then the customer have right to file a full or partial claim.
  • If any other issue found by the customer after receiving a shipment then the customer have right to file a claim for full or partial refund.

Till how long a customer can claim a refund?

Usually you are entitled to a claim a refund within 30 to 60 days from the delivery date. However conditions applied according to the situation. There are some possible conditions.

  • In case of missing articles or damage shipment, Customer need to contact with the Sharp Trading Company Help Center within 48 hours after receiving the shipment.
  • If the shipment date is over, customer need to contact with our help center within 48 hours to claim full refund.
  • In case of missing shipment or not traceable shipment, customer need to contact with our help center as soon as possible to claim full refund.
  • In case of wrong article or wrong material, customer need to contact with help center within 48 hours after receiving of shipment.
  • In case of quality issue or such as these issues customer can claim full or partial refunds according to the guarantee issued by the vendor.

Step 2   Fill the complete form, attach pictures if necessary, write message & submit the form.

Step 3   Within two business days you will get response email from us.

Step 4   Settle your refund and you will get refund within 7 working days after final settlement.
